The team worked flat out after we had a boiler system fail. The boiler was a 12 year warranty 30kw Worcester Bosch, no other supplier could offer a free boiler warranty period this long. They were extremely professional and helpful. The price was about £1000 less than larger companies and they offered 0% finance.

It was installed in a day compared to Scottish Gas who charged twice as much and installation over 3 days. It was good to see them with an apprentice and growing their team.

Stephen from Mercer plumbing was round a couple of hours after my emergency call late on a friday afternoon during a very busy period (burst pipes everywhere in central Scotland!). He identified my boiler fault which was leaking water, conducted a prompt check - frozen condensate overflow drain pipe - and solution and provided much needed reassurance that the problem was minor and reversible. He then charged a very reasonable call out fee. All in all a great service - honest, reliable, credible and professional. What more can you ask - one of life's good guys. .

We had the guys at Mercer Plumbing out to remove an old back boiler and fit a new boiler and 5 radiators in our house. They were prompt and efficient and cleared up any mess they made. They were clear in showing us how to use our new boiler system and thermostat and were able to give us advice with our new heating system. They even finished the job earlier than we expected which was helpful. Great, hard working guys who we would recommend to anyone needing a new boiler and radiators!
